The 39th Annual Trade Show and Expo of the Apartment Association, California Southern Cities will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2007. Featuring a dozen FREE seminars and workshops, this show will again be the premiere event of California’s rental housing industry. Reflecting the return of the Queen Mary show to port, the theme of “Passport to Success” will be filled with high energy and
enthusiasm. Anyone in California involved with the investment, rental housing or property management business will be at the Queen Mary Dome to learn how to effectively handle their multifamily rental business. You’ll be there too, won’t you?
Further underscoring all of these efforts will be the 12th Annual Industry Awards Competition, to be held in the Queen’s Salon prior to ribbon cutting at 8:30 am. Special guest speakers will highlight a star-studded breakfast—also on the show floor.

Exhibit Hours

Trade Show hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, 9/20/07.

Exhibitor Move In / Move Out

Exhibitor move-in is permitted between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 19, 2007. Move-in is not permitted on September 20th. Exhibitor move-out is not permitted before 5:00 pm on September 20th. All materials must be removed from the facility by 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 20, 2007.

Booth Services

For each 10’ x 10’ booth AACSC will provide a 10’ x 10’ space with pipe and drape to a height of 8’ in back and 3’ feet on each side. Also provided is an exhibitor identification sign and show color carpet. Additional items, such as furniture and electricity, are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
